Black Hills Corporation -

Black Hills is conducting an All-Source RFP that will accept bids for resources over varying contractual terms for seasonal firm market purchases as well as offers from independent power producers, covering the summer peak capacity needs in 2017, 2018 and 2019. Bidder proposals are due July 31, 2014.

Southern California Edison -

The Southern California Edison Renewable Auction Mechanism (RAM) program conducts semi-annual auctions, seeking power from Eligible Renewable Resources. The fifth auction will be conducted on June 27, 2014.

Southern California Edison -

Southern California Edison will launch its Fourth Solar Photovoltaic Program RFO ("SPVP 4 RFP") for Product from eligible Solar Photovoltaic Generating Facilities. It is expected the RFO will be available in the third or fourth quarter of 2014.

Georgia Power ASI

Georgia Power Company solicited proposals through a combined RFP to fulfill the remaining 70 MW from the ASI portfolio and the 425 MW approved in the 2013 IRP. Bids were accepted by April 30, 2014.

San Diego Gas & Electric ReMAT -

The CPUC issued a statewide order to implement the Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff (ReMAT) FIT program. SDG&E started accepting Program Participation Requests (PPRs) on October 1, 2013.

Pacific Gas & Electric -

The CPUC issued a statewide order to implement the Renewable Market Adjusting Tariff (ReMAT) FIT program. PG&E started accepting Program Participation Requests (PPRs) on October 1, 2013.

Southern California Edison RPS RFP

Southern California Edison's Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) Program with Proposals due by January 31, 2014.

HECO Feed-In Tariff -

Three-tiered, non-competitive queue for the HECO FIT program for the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Maui, and Lanai. This site is currently being redesigned.

Bonneville Power Administration

BPA's Oversupply Management protocol collects monthly displacement cost information as a way to address the challenge of over-generation. The Protocol is only open to generators pre-identified by BPA. Initial submittals for 2014 were due on March 15, 2014.

Tucson Electric Power

The Tucson Electric Power Solar RFP will be available at a later date, TBD.
